• All ICSC’18 conference authors must register and pay a full registration fee for a paper to be published in the conference proceedings. A full registration covers up to two papers of the author. The fee for each additional paper is 100 €. Six pages are allowed for each paper and up to two additional pages will be permitted for a charge of 30 € per additional page.

    A full registration fee includes one electronic copy of the conference proceedings, morning and afternoon break refreshments, two lunches, welcome reception and conference gala dinner. A student registration fee includes the same items. Registration fees do not include a hard copy of the conference proceedings, transportation expenses, or hotel accommodations.

    Follow the instructions under the link below and get your password to fill up your information and make the payment. Please, note that the conference gala dinner is already included in the fees, so you should not select to add an additional gala dinner ticket.

    Payments can be done by card or transfer. Note that after registration you will have a few days to send the proof of payment in case of wire transfer. After payment you will get the receipt of payment. If you need an invoice, you can get it at any time after payment.

    Registration Fees


    Academics 250 eur.
    Students (*) 200 eur.
    Industrials 500 eur.

     (*) Students must provide concurrently with the proof of payment an official university letter confirming their status (or Student card) as full time students.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can claim the refund of the registration fee  with the following percentages:

    • Before 31th August 2018: refund of the 100%
    • Between  1st September 2018 and 9th October 2018: refund of the 50%
    • Since 10th October 2018: no refund
